Issue: Interpolation Functions are missing from the library entirely.

Hi,

It seems the Interpolation Functions are missing from the library entirely. CMSIS-DSP v1.4.7 includes Linear and Bilinear Interpolation functions. I was hoping to use linear.

For now I have kludged together a simple interpolator, but "arm_linear_interp_f32" or more importantly "arm_linear_interp_q31" is the way I want to go.

Any explanation, any update, and chance.
