dependency update, remove pin name defines, use standard APN lut
- remove legacy pin names that are now part of the target specific SDK, this makes the example portable to any board with cellular shield. - update dependencies - remove the empty apns (leave the NULL this will use the look-up table located in C027_Support::MDMAPN.h)
