PSoC 6 MCUs
Cypress' PSoC 6 MCUs are purpose-built for the Internet of Things (IoT). It provides an ultra-low power, highly flexible, and secure architecture, enabling extended battery life, small form factors, and security for IoT designs. It's built on an ultra-low power 40-nm technology with an Arm Cortex-M4 CPU core running at up to 150-MHz. It provides you with a flexible architecture, enabling optimization of high-performance and low-power. In addition, hardware- and software-based security is provided, preventing precious data from being manipulated or modified.
