UMTSStickNetIf Reboots

Hi,

I recently purchased an mbed board, CoolComponents Workshop Board v2 and a Huawei E160 USB UMTS Modem.

Using the library "UMTSStickNetIf" I can get the mbed hooked up to the internet over 3G on Orange UK and perform NTP updates, HTTP requests etc.

The problem I am seeing is that when hooking the mbed into the PC to power it up, I get mbed rebooting every few seconds sometimes. Running other apps I dont see this issue, so I think it is a fact of the USB stick causing this problem.

Does anyone (hopefully Donatien, as he wrote the libs) see the same issue, or could point me in the direction of a fix - my initial thoughts were power source related (USB not having enough juice)

USB genraly has about 500mA current max. probably need most of that to talk to the 3G mast.
