COMPILER PROBLEM

25 Nov 2009

I want to go to my directory, I click on Compiler, a window is open and a message loading followed by Initializing appears.

After that a message raise up: Internal Application error.

So I can't go to my directory and compile any program.

What can I do.

THANKS.

Hi,

We just pushed a small update live which may have caused a problem if you caught it wrong. Can you refresh your browser, and confirm everything is back to normal?

Hi Simon,

Still no change, I’m afraid – same error message. Logged out and in again.

IE 6.0.

Still, impressed by the speed of the response!

Cheers,

I now have the compiler up, but cannot see the projects I started.

Not a huge issue (for me) if the data is gone (I was just playing around).

Cheers.

It is fine for me now.

THANKS FOR YOUR REPLIES.

I've the same problem now. It was OK this morning. I'm using Firefox 3.5.5 on XP SP3, though this looks like a server side issue. Browser refresh/clearing the history/restarting the browser is having no effect.

And I forgot to mention, same on Safari, Chrome, and IE8 (and what - no Opera support yet!, poor old Opera) ....

Hi Petras, All,

We're looking in to this now. It seems like there is a problem impacting a small set of users.

If anyone else sees similar behaviour, please email us at support@mbed.org so we are notified immediately (we might miss it in the forum).

We'll report back when we are satisfied we have got to the bottom of it.

Thanks for your patience,
Simon
