現時点で動かなくなっているのでしょうか？ - 今日、実機のLPC810で試してみましたがまだ動いていました。\\ 最新のmbedライブラリのリビジョン111でも動きました。\\ 私の環境で偶然に運よく動いていただけでしたら申し訳ありません。

NUCLEO-L152RE does not have serial6.\\ PA_11 and PA_12 are not assigned serial port.\\ https://developer.mbed.org/platforms/ST-Nucleo-L152RE/

C++とCではマングリングが違うので、Cから呼ばれてほしいものはextern "C"を付けます。 <> extern "C" void SCT2_IRQHandler(void) <> 修正したらLチカできました。
