LPC1549 flash algo

LPC1549 mbed interface drag-and-drop can not program at 0x1000.
flash algo erase only head sector, not erase from 1 to end sector ?

There have been similar reports of problems flashing anything but the smallest programs on the lpc1549. See here, here and here for example. The same software does run when you flash it using the USB bootloader option: plug the USB cable into the target USB port (J3), then press and hold the ISP0 button while you press and release the reset button. That brings the LPC1549 in USB bootloader mode. You can then release ISP0, delete the firmware.bin on the drive and copy your bin to the target and it will run after a reset.
