DMX library adding support new target, LPC1114FN28 or LPC11XX

Dear Okini, I just add DMX Library to support a new target, LPC1114FN28 or LPC11XX, and I had tested the code and verify it on a LPC1114FN28 custom board, it worked properly. Please confirm my pull request. Thank you.
