Issue: F4Discovery PA_3 PWMOutput (Closed: Fixed)

in targets/hal/TARGET_STM/TARGET_DISCO_F407VG/pwmout_api.c

PA_3 is defined as TIM2CH4 in PinMap. However in function "pwmout_write" , PA_3 used as TIM_CHANNEL_3.

so PA_3 cannnot output PWM now.
