Enabling RCP

Fixed a small bug with the return code of succesful RPC execution. Was responding to client with 1 on success, which caused the client to believe there had been an error. Now responds with 200.

Changed RPC sucessful execution code from 1 to 200. Included RpcHandler.h in main header file. Effectively allows RPC through HTTP.
