TIMERH is a 16-bit high-word extension to the TIMER register.
Bit 15:0. This extension allows time counting up to 24 years. This register can be enabled in the save & restore registers. Register type: special A 3.2-hour LSb gives a full-scale range for the register of up to 23.94 years.
