The process flow does not address FRDM-KL46Z.

Although it shows the handbook is for OS2, it doesn't matter for updating bootloader firmware.

Unfortunately, the back-end issue is that Windows 7 as an OS is very rare due to Microsoft mandating an upgrade -> the process is doomed from failure to begin with.
As is, I will most likely return this board as I do not nor will I have access to a Windows 7 OS nor as this being 2019 feel that I should go out of my way when other products exist that do not have this pain point.
