my FRDM-KL46Z can not work

i copied the file "20140530_k20dx128_kl46z_if_opensda.s19" into bootloader disk,then plug it out and in . it can be recognised as a disk "MBED", but no virtual COM port, no CMSIS-DAP debug fuction. Just a "MBED" disk.. After i drag a app into "MBED" disk, it disappeared ,and appears 3 seconds later ,but the app does not work. please help me solve it

Hi Wei Meng,

I remember when I updated firmware of my mbed LPC1768, I had to install once again mbed Windows serial port driver. You can download it from https://developer.mbed.org/handbook/Windows-serial-configuration After that, when I plugged mbed, it was recognized as new USB peripheral and everything was working.

I've had problems when loading the firmware too. After digging a little in the provider's site, it appeared that the problem was an incompability with Windows 8 in the previous firmware versions. The solution was to use an old computer with an XP windows OS and it worked!!!

I just encountered the same thing on Windows 10. Went back and used a windows XP computer and it worked fine. Once mbed is installed the windows 10 computer works OK so it is only when updating the mbed firmware that I have to use the old computer.
