I am interesting in HCI of BlueNRG Bluetooth
I am interesting in HCI of BlueNRG Bluetooth. where is I can get the information about command forming for this chip? And how it interract with mbed platform on such low level? Is there any API or something like this?

Please refer directly to the software package downloadable from ST site which include all the relevant documentation for the BlueNRG stack.
Currently, the mbed BLE API does not abstract the hci low level.
