cmsis core sight debugger fails to connect to target hardware for mbed LPC1768

This is the message that I get when trying to debug one of my projects. For my other project it seems to work fine. I am using MDK by keil version 5.17 on an mbed with LPC1768 chip.

I have updated the firmware with the latest firmware available on the cmsis-mdap support page on mbed.

These are my settings for the debugger.
