Is it possible to flash the my own apps in Ublox c027 to contorl the devices ?

I would like write the my own apps to control the functionality of the Ublox C027 device. Is it possible to write the apps and flash it on the Ublox C027 platform?

Yes. That's the whole point of it.

You write your app in c++ on this site and it will download a binary file that you can copy onto the board.
