Publishing Code: red name box, "please match the requested format"

I'm attempting to publish a program... the name text field is outlined in red. The tooltip text says "please match the requested format".

Am I being stupid? What is this mysterious requested format that I have to match?

I've tried various names (UbloxDemo, ublox_demo, uBloxDemo) to no avail.

Just the name box you get directly when right mouse button, publish? I just checked, but I can't even enter invalid characters. Weird. I am use IE10, maybe you can check if another browser doesn't have the issue?
