Controlling mbed from Python over HTTP using RPC

Hi,

I've just added some notes about controlling the mbed over http from python, using rolfs http server and the rpc engine:

This means you can create and control mbed objects remotely over the network! Python is just one example; we should be able to support any language that can talk http.
