LPCXpresso IDE - deploy and debug?

Hi all!

I just downloaded the free version of LPCXpresso because I was having problems with the GCC4MBED project.

Can anyone point me to a quick and simple set of instructions to get the IDE to automatically deploy a compiled project to the mbed?

Also I'd REALLY love some instructions (if it's possible) for debugging (setting break points, etc.) with LPCXpresso!
