File system out of order

I've got a problem with the file system. Some files were created out of control and the file system is in "read only" state. I can't delete anything in the FS and it's not possible to overwrite files.

The recipe in the handbook doesn't work !

Now I can't do anything and my mbed is out of order.

Is someone could help me ?

Oh, and try connecting to USB with the reset button held down (keep holding until you finish fixing it and then upload a new, safe program).

The command :  mkfs -V-t vfat -I /dev/sdd works correctly.
