virus alert with attempt to download of serial-driver4Win

If I download the latest driver from this site:

http://mbed.org/handbook/Windows-serial-configuration, I get this virus alert as result.

Which other way  than bashing McAfee I can get out of this ? What is the chance for this alert to be true?

VIRUS ALERT
The transferred file contained a virus and was therefore blocked by McAfee Web Gateway!
