Problem Seen Downloading to mbed on a Mac

Hi,

I noticed a problem the other day when using Safari on my Mac. I had set downloads directly to my mbed.

Things worked ok whilst modifiying code and testing. Then it stopped updating on the mbed and noticed that the file numbering had stopped at XXXXXX63.bin and I could not delete some of the old .bin files. Ended up reformatting the mbed on my Mac using FAT, but MBED.HTM did not appear. Had to reformat using my netbook under WinXP. All ok again.

Will have to remember to periodically delete files whilst developing using the Mac.

Does mbed use FAT16? It has a limit on the number of files in the root directory. Although that doesn't explain why you couldn't delete files.
