Hi all,

I seems, that I killed an transistor on the mbed board. Do someone know if there is a board description is around which show the partlist on the mbed board. So I can exchange the damaged parts.

The one on the bottom?

possibly the FET that hooks up to USB?

The one near pin18 on the pin side, where the usb connector is soldered in.
