Read/Write characteristic descriptor

Hi,

is there any function to read/write characteristic descriptor? I only found discoverDescriptors in ble_api but its seems not to be implemented in the lib.

I want to enable notify flag in heart rate measurement characteristic.

I know there isn't support to get notify events in ble_api yet but i have seen debug event messages with a heart rate monitor where this flag is default set.
