Why do my notebook pages keep losing their links?

Hi,

Any idea why my notebook pages keep losing the HTML formatting? for example <<code>> after a few days seems to become &lt;<code>&gt; and what was a nice code insert is formatted in bold instead.

I thought this was fixed here. Seems to have come back again.
