Who is included?

Whom does this policy affect? Does this mean everyone who contributes to Mbed on GitHub? Or is it narrower than that?

Hi Brendan,

the policy only affects those people who are actually members of the ARMmbed organization. Members of the ARMmbed organization have visibility of a wider range of the mbed repositories and may have write access to some.

Nobody has to actually be a member of the organization to raise pull requests against mbed-os for example. Anybody is able to raise a pull request from their fork of a repository.

Is that clearer ?
