MAX-7Q has no RAW data option. Documents are available online here click on the tab documents; http://www.u-blox.com/en/gps-modules/pvt-modules/max-7.html

RTKLIB http://rtklib.com supports RAW data option on all u-blox receivers (and also on MAX-7Q) beginning with version 2.4.2p9, see http://rtklib.com/rtklib_support.htm

Which GPS module are you referring to? Some GPS modules do and more don't a look at the data sheet should help you out.

As I see, MAX-7Q GPS/GNSS receiver is the one listed in the u-blox-C027 component list. I trace to the ublox website and it's still not clearly stated neither in there data sheet nor product summary. What I am really interested at is whether you provide the corresponding data output interface for carrier phase measurements in the u-blox-C027 kit. If it is available, I could put other chips, like ublox 6T to the board. Thanks in advance.
