Nobuaki Aoki / Mbed 2 deprecated myBlueUSB_localfix

local fix version of myBlueUSB (http://mbed.org/users/networker/code/myBlueUSB/). - merge deleted files which are required to compile. - enable echo back of received data via RFCOMM.
