- new targets - EFM32PG_STK3401, NUCLEO_L031K6
- ST - hwflwctl support for NUCLEO_L476RG
- Update STM32CUBE_L0 from v1.2 to v1.5
- STM32F7 - bugfix - The weak function HAL_Delay is overwritten to use us ticker API.
