RAPIRO serial control test program

Dependencies:   mbed

RAPIROはRaspberry Piを載せるように設計されていますが、シリアル通信ができるものであれば接続できますのでmbedを載せてみました。 "#M0"から"#M8"までのコマンドをmbedから送っています。
