Added bluetooth stubs

Robot navigates. Added working LCD support for GOOD state and COLLISION IMMINENT state.

Functionality added: Roomba drives fwd until collision detected, executes ~90deg L/R turn (alternates direction), then resumes driving fwd with loop.

Successful independent control of both motors.; Issue: Left motor runs at max speed for ~1s on startup and idk why.

added beep thread, if IR sensor detects prox vacuum thread is terminated and beeping thread begins. Runs for 5 seconds as a placeholder for Roomba backing up and turning, then resumes vacuuming
