This example creates:
* A Heart Rate Service
* A Device Information Service

Interrupt-based buttons are used to control the Heart Rate Service's Heart Rate value. 
* Button 1 on the Developer Board increases the heart rate 
* Button 2 on the Developer Board decreases the heart rate
