added extra buttons to reverse motion, and removed the mirrored pot input. now pot can be directly replaced with filtered input without changing anything (i hope). the gain determination has not been implemented yet.

builded further on P_controller, put the output limiter in a seperate function. And tried to improve the general readability of the code.
