Added option to issue repeated key held callbacks; use setHoldRepeat() - defaults to false.

Added option to issue repeated key held callbacks; use setHoldRepeat() - defaults to false.
Switched default PinMode to PinDefault; otherwise code won't compile for KL25Z, which does not have PullDown
