Fluorescent / Mbed 2 deprecated mcr20_wireless_client_sockets

Base UART Thread program. Need sensor reading, send data to the internet. Still think opening a sockets connection is possible.

This is the Thread UART sample.  It is a starting point for this project.  The goal of this part is a Thread client which can open a socket connection and send data to the internet.
