Avnet_IoT / Mbed OS avnet-client-example

This is a simple mbed client example demonstrating, registration of a device with mbed Device Connector and reading and writing values as well as deregistering on different Network Interfaces including Ethernet, WiFi, 6LoWPAN ND and Thread respectively.

Easy-connect - driver updates, mesh fix



Almost all drivers updated since previous update:

- esp8266

- Sprit1

- Atmel RF

- MCR20A

Also fixes the mesh network board selection, it was faulty as well (this fix is critical for mesh user).
