HANI IoT firmware can be updated to include mbed USB disk programming capabilities.

Updating HANI IoT firmware

  1. Download and install LPCScrypt
  2. Download bootloader binary for LPC4322 and put inside LPCScrypt installation directory (default C:\NXP\LPCScrypt_2.1.0_842\scripts)
  3. Fit the jumper labelled "J17"
  4. Connect the "link" micro-B connector to the PC

  5. Open a Command Window, navigate to the C:\NXP\LPCScrypt_2.1.0_842\scripts and run the command ./program_CMSIS.cmd lpc4322_bl_crc.bin. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  6. Remove the jumper "J17" and unplug/plug the board.
  7. You will now see a drive named MAINTENANCE. Drag and drop the binary for HANI IoT onto this drive. The drive will change name to HANI IoT and is ready for drag and drop programming.
