Code improvement for EVAL-AD568x-AD569x

The existing code has been migrated to directly use the no-OS drivers as-is from github repository. The code has been updated to run with Mbed-OS v6.8

Currently addressing a possible issue with the migration, as soon as that's resolved this request will be merged
