I'd like to know how roll back the KL25Z mbed bootloader update?

I like the mbed upgrade but I would like to know how to return to a stock out of the box kl25z? Is there a tutorial on this? Thanks!

No problem, go to the freescale web site:

http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=FRDM-KL25Z (you may need to enable an account with PEmicro to get the latest SDA bootloader file but this is no problem, follow the instructions.)

Download the PEmicro drivers as per the documentation. Enter bootload mode (hold the reset button and plug the USB lead lead in to cycle the power). Drop the "MSD-FRDM-KL25Z_Pemicro_v107.SDA" file back onto the the FRDM-KL25Z desiganted drive. Cycle the power (unplug USB then plug back in).

Then its back to default out of the box state.

But you want to do this, Mbed is by far the best option for this board unless you are a rocket scientist. I tried Code Warrior then I woke up from a nightmare.

I'm playing with CooCox and some of the other tool chains and just wanted to be lazy and have some one here tell me how to get it back to the original firmware. I enjoy MBED and plan to use it with the KL25Z. Thanks for the response!
