Usage of ADC

I Started using ADC to read Analog Data.

Pls share some link for good starting point which can help.

I am using pins: ADC_PC4, ADC_PC5, ADC_PB0, ADC_PB1 1. I have selected in "Peripheralpins.c 2. after that if I want to use in some file, how to use these pins? 3. I need to read some data from outside into these pins. 4. Then I need to modify this data..
