Yes, the X-NUCLEO-IDB05A1 is compatible with the ublox-EVK-ODIN-W2.
The BLE shield communicates over SPI bus #1 which is located on the arduino headers that connect the BLE shield with the Odin W2. As long as any other sensors or shields that you connect do not utilize SPI 1 (and even if they do, you can just utilize a chip select line), you should be fine.
Import the IDB05A1 library into your project using the link on this page: https://os.mbed.com/components/X-NUCLEO-IDB05A1-Bluetooth-Low-Energy/
Please pay attention that D13 and D3 are swapped on the X-NUCLEO-IDB05A1 board. For more details, please refer to the information available here: https://os.mbed.com/teams/ST/code/X_NUCLEO_IDB0XA1/
