Use the nu-link on M453 board to program the external M451 board my own.
Hi, I made a M451 board and reserved the pinout for mbed ICE (VCC, SWDIO, SWCLK, RESET, GND, UART_TX, UART_RX). I want to use the ICE on the PFM-M453 to program the external M451 board my own. How do I rework the PFM-M453 board. Thanks.

The best way is purchase the Nu-Link from our website [Nuvoton Direct] and use the "NuMicro ICP Programming Tool" we provided to program the M451 board you made .
Otherwise you need to cut the line on the NuMaker-PFM-M453 to disconnect the link between ICE and the NuMaker-PFM-M453 then connect the ICE interface(VCC, SWDIO, SWCLK, RESET, GND, UART_TX, UART_RX) to your board, but it's not highly recommended.
