RFID READER

I CAN COVER UPTO 50 CM RANGE TO USING RFID READER IC SO SUGGEST ME IC THAT COVER UPTO 50 CM AREA....PLEASE

For a component that is already avaliable on mbed look at: https://developer.mbed.org/components/ID12-RFID-Reader/,

This is 12CM range.

For that sort of range you probably need a 900 MHz RFID reader, most lower frequency systems are designed for short range. They are available as modules and generally talk a fairly simple serial protocol that would be straightforward enough to implement.
