When is the LoRaWAN library going to be available?

As the key feature of this board and module is the LoRaWAN interface, the library needs to be available to use it.

Any indication on timscales as to when this will be available?

Question relating to:

The B-L072Z-LRWAN1 LoRa®Discovery kit is a development tool to learn and develop solutions based on LoRa®and FSK/OOK technologies.

I can't answer this unfortunately, but mbed-os/feature-lorawan supports this board.

We have just got a team working with the implementation behind the LoRa-Network-API. Unfortunately there was delay getting the work started, but now the work is in progress. We are still working with time estimates and cannot yet confirm which release will contain the first implementation, but we try our best to get first pieces to 5.6 release.

@Jan, can you setup a LoRaWAN team page for the LoRaWAN support work, for anyone to join who wants update on progress, and early access for anyone who wants to be a contributor or early adopter/tester

Hello, We have created a simple example, forked from Helmut64's one. You can find it here : https://developer.mbed.org/teams/ST/code/DISCO-L072CZ-LRWAN1_LoRa_PingPong/

Kind regards Armelle

thanks, it doesnt really answer my question.

I'll stick to using off-line toolchain for this board until the proper usable LoRaWAN library is available.

Hello, ST team cannot answer the system planning question. Maybe someone from ARMmbed team can. In the meantime, we can only offer some examples to our users.

Kind regards
