Usb comminucation problem with w7500

Hello I have a worry with my w7500 wizwiki card. When I connect the card to my PC via the usb port, the card is not detected by the PC and the old program that I had loaded on the card runs in a loop. Please is that someone can help me

Which PC are you using ? Is it Windows ? Which version of Windows ? If Windows, do you see any changes in your Device Manager when you plug in this adapter into your USB connector or when you remove the USB cable ? Be sure to test with another USB cable as well.

See here:

https://developer.mbed.org/teams/WIZnet/wiki/How-to-install-WIZwiki-W7500-serial-driv

Also, try -> power down -> remove jumpers J3, J4, J5 -> power up and see if the USB serial port is detected. Post your results. By removing the jumpers, you are isolating the front end USB serial port that is used to program the target CPU from Wiznet. In summary, there are 2 CPUs on most mbed related kits, one for the USB based loader / debugger and then the target CPU which runs your custom code. It is possible that your code is strapping the front end USB serial port from working so the removal of the jumpers may help to debug this issue.

See page 2 of the schematic for the low level details:

To remove the exclamation mark, you will need to install this driver package on Windows 7

https://developer.mbed.org/handbook/Windows-serial-configuration

https://developer.mbed.org/media/downloads/drivers/mbedWinSerial_16466.exe

I'm using a desktop computer with windows 7 ultimate When I connect the card, I see on the device manager the mbed but with an exclamation point
