K64F, Ethernet, excessive delays and mbed v128 & v129

Hello,

The last revision to work for me is mbed v127. Both v128 and v129 have extremely long delays with Ethernet initialization and Ethernet never finds DPCH server.

I am using EthernetInterface

BTW I meant DHCP server above
