Displaying bitmap image onto (Nokia 5110) LCD screen

What do I need to do next in order to display an image on to the screen?

I am afraid that the question is about monochrome Nokia-5110 LCD, not about color Nokia LCD.

It would help if he asked the question more precisely, colour, mono, bitmap type, 8bit, 16bit, load to and display from flash, SD card, local file system etc. I use all of these in different combinations for different displays.
