Error!! when i download program to LPC 1786.

I have a error when I download program to LPC 1786. The LED1, LED2, LED3, LED4 is running. The program does not work.

What are the LEDs doing? Connect to the USB serial port at 9600 and reset the board, any messages?

Thank bro Andy A. I fix this problem. I use PwmOut () class in my program, however, i used other pin ( not PWM pin). So , my program does not work. Thank bro for answer.
