Sending a MQTT message with QOS2 doesn't work

Hi,

Today I played around with this example. I changed the URL to point to iot.eclipse.org, which seems to be the successor of m2m.eclipse.org.

While testing I encountered, that I am not able to send the QOS2 message. To test it, I connected to the same MQTT server using a desktop client and subscribed to the same topic. Is that a know issue?
