Board identification after flashing beta firmware
Obtained an LPC824 Xpresso v2 OM13071 board. Connect and it indicates a firmware update is required. Download 2015-01-16_LPC11U35_lpc824_if.bin and copy to the board while it is in the CRP DIsabld mode. Reboot board.
Navigate to the MBED.HTM file and it redirects to: https://developer.mbed.org/platforms/Switch-Science-mbed-LPC824/ which is a Switch Science board. DETAILS.TXT contains the following: *** Version: 0221 Build: Jan 16 2015 18:19:37 Git Commit SHA: 8769040560bd0d226f7affd950fa3582ef39abbf Git Local mods: Yes

Fixed the firmware and uploaded here: http://developer.mbed.org/handbook/Firmware-LPCXpresso824-MAX#firmware-changelog
Code in the GitHub repo will be updated after the current refactoring.
Not by design, that is a bug. The id is wrong but the MCU is the same. I'll log this and make a new release to fix it. https://github.com/mbedmicro/CMSIS-DAP/issues/83
